“We only stayed one night. The parking lot was clean. There was cameras facing in the cars. I did not have a problem with my vehicle. The room key card worked perfectly the room AC the only problem I had was I did not defend. Didn’t go on high besides that everything else is good. We checked out early in the morning at 5 AM. We wish we could’ve stayed for breakfast but we got hot coffee and hit the road thanks.”

“Staff is terrible. After being told we couldn’t check in until management did a walk through of our suite, we found actual drugs in our suite so we let the front desk know by phone. Got passed around on the phone then was asked to come down stairs to talk to the manager. Honestly I thought us having to leave our room was horrible customer service but decided not to throw a fuss over it. When we got downstairs no one communicated what had happened and was treated very poorly by the staff. When we...

“This was a one night stay for us as we were traveling through to Florida. Hotel was conveniently located, well lit, clean, close to shopping and eating establishments. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was too firm for our liking but we are used to a Purple mattress.”

“Our one night stay was excellent. We had a bit of an issue at checkin because of an Expedia error with out reservation. The staff and manager did an excellent job of getting it resolved. The room was very nice, clean, and comforable. The tub/shower was slow to drain and noted by the staff to fix. Breakfast was quite good with great attendant. Good job Tracy. This is a very nice, well run motel”

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dothan area.”
